Ashtanga Yoga Vinyasa
Ashtanga -
Eight limbs - Yama, Nyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pritihara, Daharana, Dahayana, Samadhi.
Yoga-
The natural state of mine - united, oneness, silence
Vinyasa -
Being present in the movement
There are six series that are practiced as four.
The Ashtanga Yoga Vinyasa physical practice emphasizes synchronization between dynamic movement, breathing and inner focus of the mind.
The wider practice of all eight limbs together with meditation, pranayama, asana and philosophy offers us the opportunity to purify our body, mind and energy from past emotional densities and reflect on our mind in order to live from inner silence.
